At Demugs, we take pride in providing high-quality, unique printed mugs. Since each mug is made-to-order, we currently do not support returns or exchanges if the wrong design, size, or color is ordered, or if there’s a change of mind after the purchase.
Refunds and Reprints
If you receive a mug that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error caused by us, we offer a free replacement or a refund. To resolve such issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
To request a refund or replacement, follow these steps:
- Fill out the Contact Us form on our website.
- Attach clear photos of the issue, ensuring the problem is visible.
- For cases involving multiple mugs with the same defect, include a photo showing all affected mugs in one frame for confirmation.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are considered acceptable and are not treated as defects.
- Demugs is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect design or color selection at checkout.
Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), you can opt for:
- A reprint at an additional cost, or
- A partial refund, excluding shipping charges.
